For our protection, there is always a 3 to 4 day hold on E-checks. As soon as it clears, it gets processed in a single business day.
Shipping takes 2 to 10 days unless stated otherwise in a products' descriptions. As far as what factors are involved in shipping time, there is location, availability and physical package size. If an order is backordered for greater than two days, or if the order is going to take more than ten days to ship, we will contact you by phone.
Business is open Monday through Friday, and we are closed for US Federal holidays. We only ship to non-P.O. Box addresses. We do ship to addresses outside the US, but you will need to make special arrangement with us and increased shipping rates based on international shipping rates will apply.
We offer a limited guarantee on purchases once we pass them over to our shipping companies. Damaged products can be exchanged right away, please contact our customer serviced department by phone or email as soon as you find out that your order is damaged. If lost by our shipping company, we will help you find/replace your lost product(s). Guarantee cannot be given for products delivered without a signature being mandatory.
RETURNSWe offer the highest quality of products as we can, and we want all of our customers to be completely and totally content. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of getting the package to tell us that you are dissatisfied. You can call us or email us, whatever your choice. A return, exchange, or refund can be given except for a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges*. It can take up to 3 weeks for an authorization to go through. You have 10 days after an authorization to send back the return. Unless you are authorized, we ask that you do not return shipments to the warehouse or major office.
On a return, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. For a purchase that initially got free shipping and that is returned, shipping on the original order will be subtracted from the return amount. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Please always keep all packaging materials and boxes in an order. All returned products must be in resalable condition, and must be new and completely unopened. Gloves and sterile merchandise cannot be returned if they are opened. If a case is opened but the internal packages are sealed, it is still considered opened and is not returnable.
There are a few steps to proceed with for a return. First call or email our customer service department for an RMA (return authorization). Give them your order number (beginning with MG), which product or products that you are returning, billing name, plus your complete name and complete contact information. After you get a return order (an RMA), ship the product back in it's original shipping box to the address given to you on the return authorization. Except for a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, you will get a full refund following inspection and approval of the packages. Although the inspection and the return process can take up to thirty days to complete, a refund will be provided immediately once the return is approved.
*Because of the sanitary and personal condition of medical supplies, no opened products or partial cases can be returned. Opened cases with sealed inside cases are also considered open. We try to take back purchased products, and can do so unless the description says otherwise or they are opened as described above.*
